Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible
Jasepi Software SpA, RUT 78.454.902-K, Av. El Carmen de Huechuraba 1176, Huechuraba, Santiago, Chile, is the controller of the personal data processed through BlackJackForAll. For anything in this policy, write to support@blackjackforall.win.
2. What we store, and why
| Data | Why | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Email and password (the password is stored hashed by Supabase; we never see it) | Create your account and let you sign in | Performance of the contract |
| Plan, status and expiry date | Give you the access you paid for | Performance of the contract |
| Hands you record (cards, count, suggested play, result) — only if you enable logging in Settings | Show your statistics and history | Your consent, withdrawable at any time |
| Casino or table name you type in | Group your sessions by venue | Your consent |
| Anonymous usage statistics (Google Analytics) | Understand which pages work | Legitimate interest |
We never receive your card details. Payments happen entirely on PayPal's and Flow's systems; we only get back whether the payment succeeded.
We do not ask for, and do not want, data about how much money you bet or win. The amounts you may enter in the app are yours, stay linked to your account, and are never sold or shared.
3. Logging is optional
The app works without storing a single hand. Hand logging is off unless you turn it on in Settings, and you can turn it off whenever you want — from that moment we stop storing new hands. The count, the suggested play and the bet sizing are all calculated on your device, in real time, whether logging is on or off.
4. Who else processes it
- Supabase — database, authentication and server functions. Hosting infrastructure outside Chile.
- PayPal and Flow — payment processing. Each applies its own privacy policy to the data you give it.
- Google Analytics — anonymous traffic statistics on the website.
- Netlify — hosting of the public website.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or with any casino or betting operator. Storage outside Chile means data may be processed in countries with different rules; we only work with providers offering standard contractual safeguards.
5. How long we keep it
- Account: while it exists. If you delete it, we remove your data within 30 days.
- Recorded hands: while your account is open, or until you delete them from the app.
- Billing records: for the period required by Chilean tax law, even after account deletion. This is a legal obligation we cannot waive.
6. Your rights
Under Chilean Law 19.628 on the protection of private life — and under the GDPR if you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom — you can:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Delete your account and your data.
- Export your hands in a portable format (the app already does this from Settings → Download Logs).
- Withdraw consent for logging, without losing access to the rest of the Service.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Write to support@blackjackforall.win and we will respond within 30 days. You will not be charged for exercising any of these rights, and doing so will never degrade the service you receive.
7. Cookies
The app uses your browser's local storage to keep your session and the state of the hand in progress — without it you would be signed out on every reload. The website uses Google Analytics cookies for anonymous statistics; you can block them from your browser without affecting the app.
8. Security
Traffic travels encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored hashed, and access to data is restricted at the database level so each account can only reach its own rows. No system is invulnerable: if a breach ever affects your data, we will notify you.
9. Minors
The Service is not directed at people under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data; if we detect an account belonging to a minor, we delete it.
10. Changes
If we make a significant change we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. The date at the top always shows the current version.
11. Claims
If you believe we have handled your data badly, write to us first — we would rather fix it. You may also approach SERNAC in Chile, or your national data protection authority if you are in the EU or the UK.
