Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what this is

BlackJackForAll («the Service», «we») is operated by Jasepi Software SpA, RUT 78.454.902-K, registered at Av. El Carmen de Huechuraba 1176, Huechuraba, Santiago, Chile. You can reach us at support@blackjackforall.win.

The Service is an educational and mathematical analysis assistant for blackjack. It calculates card counts, suggests plays based on published strategy, estimates probabilities and proposes bet sizes from the information you enter.

The Service does not play for you and does not connect to any casino. It does not read your screen, does not automate any action and does not place bets. You observe the cards, you record them, and you decide every single hand. Any suggestion shown is information, never an instruction, and following it is always your choice and your responsibility.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age where you live, whichever is higher.
• You are responsible for checking that using a counting or strategy assistant is lawful in your jurisdiction and permitted by the venue or platform where you play. Rules differ by country, by state and by operator.
• Many casinos prohibit electronic aids at the table. Using the Service in breach of a venue's rules is your responsibility, and may get you excluded or your funds withheld by that venue. We have no control over, and accept no liability for, such consequences.

3. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee winnings, profit or any financial result. Blackjack is a game of chance. A mathematical edge does not eliminate short-term variance: a correct decision can lose, and a run of correct decisions can still end in loss.

Calculations are based on published methods and on the data you enter. If you record cards incorrectly or incompletely, the output will be wrong. Some features are estimates by nature — for example simulation and win-probability figures — and are presented as such.

Never wager money you cannot afford to lose. The Service is not financial advice.

4. Plans, billing and renewal

• STAND is free and remains available, with a daily hand limit and advertising.
• HIT is a one-time payment pass. It grants full access for 24 hours from the moment of purchase and does not renew. When it expires the account returns to STAND automatically.
• BLACKJACK and DOUBLE DOWN are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel.

Current prices are shown on the pricing page and are stated in US dollars (USD). Payments in Chile may be charged in Chilean pesos (CLP) at the rate applied by the payment provider. Taxes may be added according to your country.

Payments are processed by PayPal and Flow. We never receive or store your full card details.

Cancellation: you can cancel a subscription at any time from your profile in the app, or from your PayPal account. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period already paid. A HIT pass cannot be cancelled because it does not renew.

5. Refunds

If a payment fails to grant the access you paid for — a technical failure on our side — write to support@blackjackforall.win and we will restore the access or refund the payment in full.

Refund for non-use. If you bought a plan and barely used it, we refund it in full, with no questions asked. The condition is objective, not a matter of opinion: your account logged fewer than 20 hands during the paid period — which is less than a single day of the free STAND plan. You do not need to justify anything or explain why; we check the hand count on your account and process the refund.

The window is 7 days from purchase for the HIT pass, and 10 days for the monthly BLACKJACK and DOUBLE DOWN plans.

After that window, or if the account was used normally, cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period already paid, but the current period is not refunded. This is the standard practice for a service whose value is delivered while you use it.

If your situation does not fit these rules but you believe it is unfair, write to us. We would rather resolve it directly than have you open a dispute with your bank.

Refunds are never granted on the basis of gambling losses, since the Service does not promise winnings (see section 3).

6. Responsible gaming

Gambling can be addictive. If it is stopping being entertainment for you, seek help — organisations offering free, confidential support exist in most countries.

We will close your account and cancel your subscription on request, without explanation, if you tell us you want to stop.

7. Your account and acceptable use

• You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• One account per person. Do not share, resell or sublicense your access.
• Do not copy, decompile or redistribute the Service, nor use it to build a competing product.
• Do not attempt to bypass the limits of your plan, nor access the Service through automated means beyond normal use.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

8. Your data

To operate the Service we store your account details and, if you enable logging, the hands you record. This lets us show your statistics and history. Details are in our privacy policy.

You can request export or deletion of your data by writing to support@blackjackforall.win.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the Service running but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. There may be maintenance, outages or failures of third parties we depend on. We may change, add or remove features. If a change substantially removes something you paid for, contact us and we will resolve it fairly.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for gambling losses, lost profits, exclusion from a venue, or any indirect or consequential damage. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud, and this does not affect the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the new terms. The date at the top always shows the current version.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, and any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the Ordinary Courts of Justice of Santiago, Chile, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you hold in your country of residence.

As a consumer you keep the rights granted by Chilean Law 19.496 on consumer protection, including the right to bring a claim before the Local Police Court of your own domicile and to approach SERNAC. Nothing above limits those rights.
